Step 2: Pay a Small Deposit
For security and ease of transaction, we accept all major credit & debit cards for your deposit. You can deposit online through our secure portal or over the phone directly with us.
Once the deposit is made and the property is secured, we'll draft the documents (typically within 48 hours) for you to electronically review and sign.
Step 3: E-Sign Documents
When you buy land from Wild Domain, we keep it as straightforward as a dirt road at sunrise. You can pick up any of our properties with easy seller-financed payments—no banks, no suits, no hassle. Or, if you’ve got the cash, we’ll shave a hefty discount off the price.
We don’t run credit checks, and we sure don’t believe in penalizing folks for paying early. If you’ve got the down payment and can handle the monthly, you’re good as gold in our book.

Purchasing Details
When you’re ready to claim your piece of the frontier, just head to the property page and use the link to reserve it with your credit or debit card. If you’re riding in with cash and want that discount, be sure to let us know.
Once we’ve got your deposit, we’ll send over a purchase agreement through SignNow—slick, simple, and ready for your signature.
After that, you’ll have a week to square up the balance with a wire transfer or certified check.
When the dust settles and your payment clears, we’ll record the notarized Warranty Deed with the County Recorder. Then we’ll mail you the official deed—and just like that, you’re a landowner.

Your first payment will be pulled automatically about 30 days after your deposit, then monthly after that through our secure, no-hassle system. And if you ever want to pay more—or pay it off early—there’s no penalty, no extra fees. Just good sense.
Once your final payment’s made, we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll get the Warranty Deed notarized, recorded with the County, and send you the official copy. No red tape. No surprises. Just the satisfaction of owning land you can call yours.

We offer a 100-day No-Nonsense Guarantee on all our properties. Here's how it works:
When you purchase a property from us and change your mind within 100 days of your down payment, let us know. We'll either:
Refund your principal payment*, or
Exchange it for another property in our inventory that better suits your needs
This guarantee allows you to secure a property confidently before visiting the property in person. While most buyers are satisfied with their purchase, we understand that sometimes a property might not be the right fit.


*On a terms sale (owner financing) we will refund your principal paid or exchange for another property in inventory based on the price you paid for the property excluding any fees (i.e., closing costs, doc fees, note maintenance fees, and taxes). Any late or missed payments by the buyer during the Guarantee period will automatically void the 100 Day No-Nonsense Guarantee. It’s simple, you keep your end of the deal and we'll keep ours.
